San Mateo County Libraries Annual Report

As the lead designer for San Mateo County Libraries, I conceptualized and designed the system's Annual Reports for both the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 fiscal years. Working directly with executive leadership and communications strategists, I translated complex organizational data and key achievements—such as the launch of the first Library Outpost—into compelling, highly visual stories. My design direction balanced brand consistency with creative storytelling, resulting in polished, high-impact publications praised across the organization and community.
