San Mateo County Libraries Strategic Plan

I owned the end-to-end design and creative direction for the San Mateo County Libraries Strategic Plan, establishing a cohesive visual identity across the English, Spanish and Traditional Chinese editions. Working closely with administrative leadership and other stakeholders through multiple rounds of review, I adapted the design as the project evolved and navigated the complex typography and layout needs of a multilingual publication. I also provided hands-on Spanish translation support to help ensure the plan was clear and accessible.

The publication was distributed countywide, transforming the organization’s long-term vision into an engaging report. I then extended its visual identity across outreach and promotional materials supporting communication with more than 200,000 library cardholders and community partners.
